Once the payment voucher is shared with us, it will be understood that the client agrees with our terms and conditions available on the Casita Huaran website.
Accommodation, Food and Activities Service
01. GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Client when making the reservation, through any channel, unconditionally accepts these terms and conditions.
No agent, server, representative, or third party has the power or the capacity to modify, restrict or extend the terms of this contract.

03. ABOUT PAYMENT PROCESSING
The payment processing services for goods and / or services purchased are provided by Casita Huaran, on behalf of Casita Huaran, depending on the type of payment method used to provide the requested services.
The rates shown in the first step of the purchase process are net, do not include the IGV charge or charge for accommodation and food services, if you are not a Peruvian citizen. All rates include “Casita Huaran” breakfast.
Rates are expressed in US Dollars and per room.
***Note: Only in the Maiz rooms (with private bathroom) and Capulí (with shared bathroom) can add an additional one and a half beds.
04. CANCELLATION POLICIES
Once the blocking of the requested spaces has been confirmed for the dates that you request from us for 48 hours, during this time the deposit of 50% of the total amount for the stay is requested.
Once the Voucher is presented, the reservation becomes official. One week before the arrival date, the remaining 50% will be deposited.
CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS: If the official reservation were to be canceled 24 hours after making the deposit, you are entitled to 100% of the amount deposited, subtracting the amount of transfer fees.
If the official reservation were to be canceled up to 14 days before the arrival date, La Casita reserves the right to retain 15% of the amount deposited and the remaining 75% will be returned, also subtracting the amount for transfer fees.
If you wish to cancel the reservation less than a week from the date of arrival, La Casita reserves the right to retain 100% of the amount deposited, without the right of return.
In the case of reservations with condition for the next 24 hours, full payment will be requested for the amount of the stay or the service requested. If it is a reservation for the same day, payment will be made at the hotel reception in cash (Soles or Dollars at the Casita Huaran exchange rate).
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations in those cases where the client is considered to have carried out a fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or under other circumstances where the reservations are considered to contain or be the result of an error or mistake.
05. CONDITIONS FOR THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT PROCESS
Present Identity Document or passport of all the occupants of the room. This must be valid 06 months after the date of the provision of services.
For the exemption of General Sales Tax (IGV), it is essential to present the passport and Andean Migration Card with the entry stamp not exceeding 60 days.
06. CHECK-IN TIME IS AT 15:00 AND CHECK-OUT AT 11:00
Any request for Early Check-in and / or Late Check-out is subject to availability and an additional charge as the case may be and must be requested by email: firstname.lastname@example.org 03 days before the date of admission.
It is essential to present a CREDIT CARD at Check-in to guarantee accommodation and extras during your stay. This CREDIT CARD will be pre-authorized.
07. OF THE CARE OF THE CASITA HUARAN FACILITIES
If bedding or towels are stained with fluids or products in addition to normal use, there is also a surcharge of 10% of the room rate.
If damage is generated to the Casita Huaran facilities outside of daily use, it is requested to report the situation immediately, the surcharge for it will be indicated depending on the severity of the damage.
In case of stays of more than a week, the bedding is changed every 4 days and the towels every 3 days, to take care of the environment, they can extend their use by drying them in external areas. If you require a more frequent change, an extra fee is charged for the laundry service
08. CONDITIONS FOR STAYING AT THE HOTEL
Mobility service is offered. To coordinate the transfer, you must contact the reception 02 days in advance.
We have transfer Airport-Hotel-Airport in private service with additional charge, which must be requested 02 days in advance.
Up to one (1) child (under 07 years old) is allowed sharing a room with two adults at no extra charge in accommodation. The minor’s breakfast is not included in the room price and will be added when sending the invoice for payment.
It is not possible to put the beds together in the rooms.
The rooms and common areas in general do not have facilities and access conditions for people with special needs as it is a rustic and rural space.
Given the situation – due to force majeure or fortuitous event – that Casita Huaran is not able to comply with the client’s accommodation, it is committed to providing a solution by offering accommodation in a property with similar characteristics.
The entry of pets is not allowed, in the exceptional case of a guide or small dog that must enter for medical reasons of the passenger, the entry will be allowed as long as the animal has the necessary certificate. Smoking is not allowed in closed places such as the room, dining room and living room.
The free WIFI is located in the common room of the house.
We have private parking for vehicles of up to 15 passengers maximum, in the case of buses, they must be parked outside the house, which also has space.
09. PROCESSING OF CLIENT DATA
It is the responsibility of the client to have his passport valid until after 06 months from the date of travel in order to proceed with the exemption of 18% whether he is a foreigner. If you are Peruvian, you must pay the difference of 18% at the time of checking in.
